Poster Reputation System
Posters are rated by a 4-star Reputation System.
Each poster gets a rating from one to four stars, one being the worst and four
being the best.
Reputation Rating doesn't necessarily directly relate to the quality of posts a
poster makes.
Reputation Points (number of satisfactory posting jobs minus the number of poor
posting jobs) a poster completes, determines his Reputation.
When a poster completes a perfect job, the forum owner gives him +1 Reputation
Point.
When a poster completes a poor job, he gets -1 Reputation Point.
An average job gets 0 Reputation Points (Reputation is neither positively nor
negatively affected).
So, although a poster is more trusted and reputable if he/she has more
Reputation, it doesn't necessarily mean the posts are better.
Here is a breakdown of exactly how many Reputation Points yields each Star
Rating.
